It’s beautiful and the smell is amazing. However, one of the two were damaged in shipping (USPS). One of the bottles leaked but the flower was remarkably fine. I wasn’t sure how to make a claim.

While this looks very pretty it does not diffuse any smell. If you go right up to the flower it smells but I put in my bedroom and you could not smell at all. Very disappointed.

I’m sorry to say that you did a really great job in trying to mail it to me without damaging the package. But the Mail Service had the big box pretty crushed up that one of the boxes that the diffuser came into was ripped which was OK because I kept that one. The other one was a little smash and planning on giving that one as a gift
