We use a standard shipping rate based on the value of the items in your order. In most cases, the greater the value of your order, the greater the cost we incur to ship your order safely. We offer a few options to ensure that your order arrives safely and in a timely manner!
*Please note: in order to be eligible for Free Shipping, your order must be more than $50.00 after any discount codes have been applied.
**2-Day Shipping does not including processing time which is typically 1-2 business days.
Shipping Questions
Greenleaf Gifts currently ships to customers in all 50 United States. We also ship to United States Post Office Boxes.
Due to agreements with our international distributors, we do not ship to customers outside the United States at this time.
Please contact info@greenleafgifts.com for additional information regarding how to obtain our products in your country if you live outside the United States.
Orders placed before 2pm EST on business days will typically ship out that day. Orders placed after 2pm EST on business days or over the weekend will ship out the next business day.
You will receive a notification via email or text when your order ships.
We take care to make sure your order ships in a timely manner.
Our default shipping method is FedEx Ground Economy which may take up to 10 business days to deliver.

1. Log into your Greenleaf Gifts account to track your order.
2. Use the tracking number included in your shipping confirmation email or text message.
3. Call Customer Service at 1-877-473-3653 to speak with our Customer Service Team regarding the status of your order.
Customer Service is available to help you Monday through Thursday 8:00 am to 6:00 pm and Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm EST.

Returns
If your order is in the same condition in which you received it, you can return your order for a refund. You will need to return the items at your expense. Please include your name and order number along with the reason for your return.
Once the return is received, our Customer Service Team will issue a refund for the value of the items returned. Returns may be sent to the address below:

We’re here to make it right for you! Please take a photo of the damaged product and send it to our Customer Service Team by emailing info@greenleafgifts.com. Upon receiving the images, we will issue you a refund for your order or key a replacement of your item at no cost to you.

Please keep in mind that only one discount can be redeemed per order. If there is an automatic discount you are enjoying based on an item in your cart, you will not be able to apply a promo code to that order.
