Current prices, terms, and conditions are subject to change without notice. All orders are subject to approval at Greenleaf's Corporate Office in South Carolina.
Payment Policy
We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
Shipments
Greenleaf currently ships to addresses within the United States (lower 48 states). At this time, we cannot ship to Post Office Boxes.
Shipping Charge
Our goal is to make your shopping experience easy, fun, and affordable.
We use a standard shipping rate based upon the value of the items in your cart to ensure that every order is shipped as safely and quickly as possible.
We offer Free Shipping on all orders over $50.
On orders between $0 and $49.99, Shipping is $8.
2-Day Expedited Shipping is also available for $20.

Sales Tax Charge
A Sales Tax of 6% will be charged for South Carolina residents.

Did your order arrive with one or more damaged products?
We’re here to make it right for you! Please take a photo of the damaged product and send it to our Customer Service Team by emailing info@greenleafgifts.com. Upon receiving the images, we will issue you a refund for your order or key a replacement of your item at no cost to you.

Did your order include the wrong items?
We are truly sorry for the inconvenience. If the items you received do not match the items you ordered, please give us a call at 1-877-473-3653 or email us at info@greenleafgifts.com to let us know about the issue. One of our Customer Service Team Members will be more than happy to correct your order during business hours Mon-Thurs. 8am- 6pm and Fridays until 5pm EST (holidays excluded).

Did you not like the fragrances you ordered?
That’s perfectly understandable. Ordering fragrances online can be challenging because you are not able to smell the fragrance in person. Please contact our Customer Service Team regarding your order by emailing info@greenleafgifts.com or call 1-877-786-8486

Was the product quality not satisfactory?
We’re here to improve your everyday with exceptional fragrance products, so please share your experience with us if your experience is less than satisfactory. If you will email us at info@greenleafgifts.com one of our Customer Service Team Members will respond within 24-48 hours.
If you can provide an image of the issue with the product and of the bottom label of the item, we will be able to share that information with our Quality Control Team so that they can research possible explanations for poor performance. As a thank-you for this communication, we will provide you a refund for the item or a replacement.

Discontinued and Seasonal Items
Holiday fragrances and collections are only offered June 1st- December 15th. Any returns or requests for refund on holiday products must be within 30 days of shipping or by January 15th whichever comes first.

The Greenleaf Gifts B2B mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Greenleaf Gifts Wholesale (“Greenleaf Gifts B2B”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.
By consenting to Greenleaf Gifts B2B’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Greenleaf Gifts B2B through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).
You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Greenleaf Gifts B2B. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.
We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Greenleaf Gifts B2B mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
