Our goal is to make your shopping experience easy, fun, and affordable.

We use a standard shipping rate based upon the value of the items in your cart to ensure that every order is shipped as safely and quickly as possible.

*Please note: in order to be eligible for FREE shipping your order must be $50+ AFTER promotional codes have been applied.

**Room Sprays are not eligible for 2-day expedited shipping due to restrictions from our carriers. Aerosol sprays are not eligible to ship via air mail.

*Please account for order processing time when selecting 2-day expedited shipping. The order will be delivered within two days of being fulfilled, which may take up to 1 business day.

Will we ship to your address?

Greenleaf Gifts currently ships to customers in all 50 United States. We also ship to United States Post Office Boxes.

Due to agreements with our international distributors, we do not ship to customers outside the United States at this time.

Please contact for additional information regarding how to obtain our products in your country if you live outside the United States.

How long after placing my order will it ship out?

Orders placed before 2pm EST on business days will typically ship out same-day. Orders placed after 2pm EST on business days or over the weekend will ship out the next business day.

You will receive a notification via email or Messenger when your order ships.

We are taking care to make sure your order ships in a timely manner. However, shipping carriers are experiencing extremely high volumes at this time.

Our default shipping method is FedEx Ground Economy which may take up to 10 business days to deliver.

Please refer to your tracking information for any and all updates. We thank you for your patience while waiting on your order to arrive.  

How can I track my order's progress?

1. Log into your Greenleaf Gifts account to track your order.

2. Use the tracking number included in your shipping confirmation email or Facebook Messenger message.

3. Call Customer Service at 1-877-473-3653 to speak with our Customer Service Team regarding the status of your order.
