Shipping Policy

**Room Sprays are not eligible for 2-day expedited shipping due to restrictions from our carriers. Aerosol sprays are not eligible to ship via air mail.

*Please account for order processing time when selecting 2-day priority shipping. The order will be delivered within two days of being fulfilled, which may take 1 business day.

Will we ship to your address?

Greenleaf Gifts currently ships to customers in all 50 United States. We also ship to United States Post Office Boxes.

Due to agreements with our international distributors, we do not ship to customers outside the United States at this time.

Please contact info@greenleafgifts.com for additional information regarding how to obtain our products in your country if you live outside the United States.

How long after placing my order will it ship out?

Orders placed before 2pm EST on business days will typically ship out same-day. Orders placed after 2pm EST on business days or over the weekend will ship out the next business day.

You will receive a notification via email or Messenger when your order ships.

Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 days depending on the proximity of your shipping address to our office in Spartanburg, South Carolina.

How can I track my order's progress?

1. Log into your Greenleaf Gifts account to track your order.

2. Use the tracking number included in your shipping confirmation email or Facebook Messenger message.

3. Call Customer Service at 1-877-473-3653 to speak with a Greenleaf Girl regarding the status of your order.
