It’s beautiful and the smell is amazing. However, one of the two were damaged in shipping (USPS). One of the bottles leaked but the flower was remarkably fine. I wasn’t sure how to make a claim.

I have used these diffusers for a few years . They are not overwhelming but give a lovely freshness for a few months.
