It’s beautiful and the smell is amazing. However, one of the two were damaged in shipping (USPS). One of the bottles leaked but the flower was remarkably fine. I wasn’t sure how to make a claim.

I submitted a question to Greenleaf asking about refills for the sola flowers and received no response. I have to assume that confirms additional flowers are not available for purchase. I won't be buying a diffuser knowing that.
