When this time of year rolls around, we are called to reflect and give thanks for our loved ones and the many wonderful blessings apart of our daily lives. However, it shouldn’t take a turkey or family gathering to remind us of all that we have to be thankful for. Practicing gratitude should be a movement we make apart of our everyday, not just a holiday.
Here’s a few ways to practice gratitude all year long:
- Meditate. Take a moment for yourself in the morning to fill your heart with positivity, self-love & a grateful heart for all of life’s many blessings.
- Always Write a Thank You Note. It may sound simple, but practicing gracious living starts with saying thank you. Drop a note for a co-worker, friend, or family member to acknowledge your appreciation.
- Be On Time. Having respect for other’s time is a courteous way of showing appreciation and gratitude.
- Appreciate the little things. It doesn’t have to be extravagant, sometimes the simplest moments bring us joy! Add a Greenleaf Gracious Slim Sachet in a special spot in your home. The scent of sweet and creamy pumpkin, blended into an elegant fruit musk will make everyday a special day.
